The OBASA Suites are the ideal rental for uprooted professionals that need long term accommodations. I was travelling with a lot of clothing and items for a nine month stay in Regina. There was an abundance of space and storage. It is a full-sized condo and feels like your own home away from home. I only stayed a few weeks while waiting for my long-term booking to free up, but if I had my time back I would have booked this spot for the entire nine months.

The condo was everything that was listed in print & photos. Exceptionally clean & inviting. Spacious rooms. Secured parking lot was a bonus. Appreciated the early check in as well. We would definitely stay again. Thank you OBASA Suites
This is my third stay at OBASA suites. The suites are very nice fully stocked with everything you need for at least a few days even dish and laundry soap. Building is very quiet and all of the guests there are very friendly. They have a concierge service there and Biron is amazing very pleasant and always willing to help you out with anything you may need. I definitely recommend this as one of the best rental properties in the city.
We have been living in a suite since September 2025 while we do a major renovation to a home we purchased. We selected OBASA Because we wanted something centrally located, underground, parking, fully furnished, safe and allowed pets
I have been nothing but delighted with the Accommodations and the responsive Service from the staff.
We have made use of the housekeeping services to have our suite cleaned Occasionally, and we are happy with the cleaning as well. Minor issues like lightbulbs or replacing remote controls that are not working are looked after usually within minutes or hours of request.
The underground parking during Saskatchewan frigid Winters is awesome. We have also made use of the social room to host a number of meetings with friends as well as the gym facility.
We will be here for another couple of months and while we are having to adjust to apartment living, the Hamilton Property has worked out beautifully and I would recommend for anybody looking for some long-term accommodations.
