MyKey Global Accommodations is seeking an energetic and results-driven Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant person to join our corporate team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Key responsibilities of Executive Assistant will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinates all administrative aspects of the CFO and CEO’s office, including scheduling appointments, processing mail and other documentation, managing email and electronic communications, maintaining the corporate filing system, requisition payments for all office expenses, and arranging meetings and travel details.

• Follow up on assigned tasks to the Finance Team and basic accounting work

• Assisting the CFO 4-5 hours per day and CEO 2-3 hours per day

• Tasks and assignments to be provided to selected candidate in reference to communication given by CFO and CEO.


• Post-secondary school education/training in office Administration, business diploma or related field. • A combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Accounting

• Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing, including the facilitation and presentation of information.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on concurrent assignments while meeting strict deadlines.

• Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and strong organizational skills.

• Execute basic bookkeeping tasks as delegated.
