Obasa Suites is the premiere provider of fully furnished apartment homes for short or extended stays in Saskatoon and Regina. They are a perfect alternative for short-term and extended stays when lifestyle and value are prime considerations.
Every Obasa suite offers spacious living and dining areas plus the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and in-suite laundry. WIFI and Streaming TV are provided.
Your suite is furnished with a Queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. Both the main bathroom and the primary ensuite bathroom are full four-piece bathrooms including bathtubs. The kitchens are fully stocked with full-size appliances and lots of counter space. You will find all the basic necessities in your own home in one of our suites, so all you need to move in is your food and personal effects!

We are happy to extend your stay for as long as needed, however, extensions are subject to availability. To avoid penalty, we require a minimum of 15 days’ notice for early checkout.
Our suites are equipped with access codes. Please do not share it with anyone outside your party. We maintain a CCTV system covering all common areas and key access points within the building. If you notice any suspicious activity or individuals in the building, please notify our front desk immediately.

Please provide visitors with the entry code listed with the WIFI info on your refrigerator.
After your visitor has entered the access code to ring your suite, your telephone will ring. After answering you will be able to converse with the person in the front foyer. To allow the person access to the building, press '6' on your telephone and then hang up.
In order to ensure the safety and security of all tenants, please do not allow access to anyone unknown to you.
Please confirm that your check-out date is accurate on your check-in documentation. If there is a change to your departure date, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to extend your stay for as long as needed, however, extensions are subject to availability. To avoid penalty, we require a minimum of 15 days' notice for early checkout. Check-out time is 11 am on the day of departure.
In the event of a fire alarm, a loud siren will sound throughout the building. Please exit your suite immediately using the nearest exit. Fire extinguishers and fire exits are strategically located on each floor. Please take a moment to locate these safety features in advance. Never use elevators during a fire alarm. Always use the stairs to evacuate.
If you have reserved parking with us, we kindly ask that you only park in the parking stall assigned to you. Parking stalls at the Hallmark are privately owned, therefore owners may have your vehicle ticketed should you be illegally parked. If your allotted parking stall is occupied, please contact our office at 931-1700 for assistance. Please note that to meet the needs of all guests, we are only able to provide one parking stall for each suite.
We have a visitor parking area within our property. Please inform your guests in these areas to avoid any inconvenience to other guests.
Thank you for choosing OBASA Suites! We would like to outline some important information regarding the building during your stay with us.
We appreciate the return of all sets of keys prior to leaving the building. Keys may be
Placed in the vestibule lockbox located at the front entrance vestibule during regular office hours. Please keep in mind that if you misplace your keys during your stay or fail to return all keys upon check out, a fee of $250 will be charged for each set not returned. If you misplace your keys during your stay, please contact our offices immediately. Any payments for keys reported lost and later located before your final check-out will be refunded subject to a $25 administration fee.
At your earliest convenience, please inform us if there is anything in your suite that is not in
working order. Any missing items or suite damages incurred during your stay may be subject to a repair/replacement charge. A complete inventory and condition report of each suite is conducted by our staff upon the departure of each guest.
All suites and public areas are non-smoking, including the balcony of your suite. Due to the extra cleaning and time incurred, there will be a $500 charge if it is found that the non-smoking regulations have been ignored. Extra cleaning includes professional cleaning of window coverings, carpets, walls, and ceilings. This is necessary to ensure the utmost comfort for subsequent guests.
The following complimentary starter items have been provided for your convenience: coffee, coffee filters, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, dish soap, glass cleaner, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, sewing kit, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towel. Additional amenities are available for purchase upon request.
Please follow the recommended amounts of laundry detergent to prevent an excessive suds
overflow. To ensure optimal drying efficiency, we would like to remind you to clean out the dryer lint trap after each use. Please call us at any time if you experience difficulties with your in-suite appliances.
If you should have any questions regarding the Rules & Procedures, please call our office during
normal business hours between 8 am & 5 pm on weekdays at (306) 931-1700.
After-hours assistance is available from 5 pm to 9 pm on weekdays & 10 am to 9 pm on weekends & holidays by calling (306) 931-1700. Any messages left after these hours will be addressed as soon as possible the following business day.
There are pets allowed as per the bylaws of the condominium. There is a $300 pet fee for extra cleaning.
A complimentary membership to Fitness Focus at 1250 Ontario Ave. Is available. If you would like a membership, please contact info@obasa.com.
Connect Roku device to TV: Plug one end of the HDMI cable into the Roku device and the other end into the TV. Make sure to switch the TFV input to the HDMI channel that you connected the Roku device to
Sign in to the Wi-Fi network: Connect the Roku device to the suite’s Wi-Fi network. To do this, navigate to the Roku home screen and select “Settings”. Then, select “Network” and choose “Wireless”. Select the Wi-Fi network provided from the list of available networks.
Activate Roku device: Once the Roku device is connected to the Wi-Fi network, it will prompt you to activate the device. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate the device using your Roku account. If you don’t have a Roku account, you can create one for free.

Our cleaners are available for additional cleaning services. Please contact our office at 306- 931.1700 for fees and scheduling. We are proud to offer superior suite cleanliness to each of our guests upon check-in. We have allotted a maximum cleaning time for each of our suites. If
excessive cleaning time is required, due to the condition of the suite upon departure, extra cleaning charges may apply. Please contact our office with any questions or comments regarding our cleaning times and policies.
