OBASA Suites is the premiere provider of fully furnished apartment homes for short or extended stays in Saskatoon and Regina. They are a perfect alternative for short-term and extended stays when lifestyle and value are prime considerations. 

Every OBASA suite offers spacious living and dining areas plus the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and in-suite laundry. WIFI and Streaming TV are provided.
Relax with family or friends at this newly renovated house in a quiet area only 5km from the river, downtown and the U of S. The house has a propane BBQ with an enclosed yard. You will find one king and three queen sized beds and a modified pull-out couch. The house is equipped with cookware and bakeware and is stocked with cleaning pods for the dishwasher and washing machine.

Extending Your Stay

An early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability at a rate of $25 per hour. We kindly ask you to arrange in advance of your check-in to allow us to make the necessary scheduling accommodations. For extensions exceeding three hours, we recommend booking an additional night, if available. Our housekeeping staff needs adequate time to prepare and thoroughly clean the suite for both your stay and the next guest’s.

Check-in is after 4 p.m. and Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. Our cleaners will arrive promptly after this time, and the suite must be fully vacated without prior arrangement or you will be charged a $75 unplanned late check-out fee.

Departure

Please confirm that your check-out date is accurate on your check-in documentation. If there is a change to your departure date, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to extend your stay for as long as needed, however, extensions are subject to availability. To avoid penalty, we require a minimum of 15 days' notice for early checkout. Check-out time is 11 am on the day of departure.

Pets are allowed with a deposit. Please note that pet fees do not cover pet waste removal; Clients/Guest are responsible for removing pet waste from the property.

Failure to do so, OBASA reserves the rights to charge the guest additional fees for removing pet waste or any damage caused by pets.

ROKU Instructions

The Roku Streaming device is set up and connected to the internet, if disconnected please use the following steps:
Roku device
TV with an HDMI port
Wi-Fi network: information is located on the fridge and the tent card is placed on the table.

Connect Roku device to TV: Plug one end of the HDMI cable into the Roku device and the other end into the TV. Make sure to switch the TFV input to the HDMI channel that you connected the Roku device to

Sign in to the Wi-Fi network: Connect the Roku device to the suite’s Wi-Fi network. To do this, navigate to the Roku home screen and select “Settings”. Then, select “Network” and choose “Wireless”. Select the Wi-Fi network provided from the list of available networks.

Activate Roku device: Once the Roku device is connected to the Wi-Fi network, it will prompt you to activate the device. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate the device using your Roku account. If you don’t have a Roku account, you can create one for free.

ROKU Troubleshooting Tips

Most Roku player issues can be fixed by trying out some of the steps below. Keep checking if your problem is resolved after trying these tips:
Check your internet connection. If your network is experiencing disruptions due to outside issues, like network congestion during peak times, you may need to look into getting a faster connection.
Try disconnecting your Wi-Fi router for 30 seconds, then reconnecting it.
Sign out of your Roku account and then sign back in.
Restart the Roku device.

How to access

 Wi-Fi?

Open your device's Settings app.
Tap Network & Internet and then Internet.
Tap a listed network. Networks that require a password have a lock icon.

Choose the Network name Shaw70EC5015G and type the password 251185056795

Tip: After you connect, the network is "Saved." When your device is nearby and Wi-Fi is on, your device automatically connects to this network.

Troubleshooting

Unplug the network cable and power cord from the router.
After 10 seconds, plug them back in.
This should reboot your wireless router.
