How do I make a reservation?

Contact our Corporate Housing Specialists and they will be able to confirm availability and rates with you right over the phone. Once you have provided your reservation details and payment method, you will receive a confirmation package via e-mail detailing the property chosen as well as instructions for your arrival.

Do you require a deposit to confirm my reservation?
We do not require a deposit to confirm a reservation. As a courtesy, we ask for 14 days notice if you have to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Payment for your stay will be taken 2 business days prior to your arrival. Charges are applied on a per month basis.
Do you offer different rates depending on the length of stay?
Yes, we provide 3 different rate structures; 5-13 nights, 14-29 nights and 30 nights. We also offer 1 year lease agreements.
Are there any hidden fees that I may not be aware of?
There are no hidden fees added to our rates. Taxes are exempt on any stays of 30 nights. Additional charges would be applicable for items such as long distance calls, extra movies/ channels purchased or any damages that may be incurred during your stay.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. There is a 3% administration fee applied if you choose American Express as your payment method.
When can we Check-In? Is an early check in possible?

Check in time is at 4pm. Early check-in is based on availability. Please call or e-mail one of our Corporate Housing Specialists in advance to confirm if an early arrival is possible.

When do we have to Check -Out? Do you offer a late check out?
Check out time is at 11am. Late check-out are based on availability and charges may apply. Please call or e-mail one of the Corporate Housing Specialists in advance to confirm if a late check out is possible.
My contract has been extended. Can I extend my stay?
Fourteen (14) days notice is requested to extend your stay. Extensions with less than fourteen (14) days notice are based upon availability.
Check in Procedures
Once you have secured a reservation at one of OBASA’s Premier Suites Locations, a confirmation package will be sent by e-mail. In the package you will find specific self check-in instructions as to how to get into your suite, with a personal access code. When you arrive at the assigned destination, simply enter your personal access code into the keypad on the front of the lockbox and your check in package will be waiting for you in an envelope with your name on a sealed envelope. Inside you will find all the required information about your suite, keys, parking pass and garage remote, is applicable. Check-in packages will be put into the lockbox by 4pm on the day of your scheduled arrival.
How do I Log on to the Internet?
Each suite is equipped with its own personal internet connection. You will find your Network name and Password on the front page of your In Suite binder which is located on your coffee table in the living room of your suite.
What do I do when its time to check out?
When you are ready to depart, please lock the suite door behind you. Your suite keys and remote (if applicable) may be dropped off in the lock box, where you picked up your check-in package or the OBASA key drop (located on the main floor by the mailboxes). Please keep in mind that if you misplace your keys during your stay or fail to return all keys and/or remotes upon check out, a fee of $250.00 will be charged for each set of keys not returned and $250.00 for lost remotes. If you misplace your keys during your stay, please contact our office immediately. Any payments for keys or remotes reported lost and are later found will be refunded subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
Do you provide parking?
Yes, we have assigned parking at all of our locations. Surface parking is $5.50/night and underground parking is $7.00/night.
What do I do when someone is parked in my assigned Parking stall?
Firstly, confirm that you have indeed parked in your assigned stall. Once you have this confirmed, contact our Corporate Housing Specialists. They will assign an alternate parking space for you until they can get the vehicle removed.
