How do I make a reservation?

Call one of our Corporate Housing Specialists at 1(877) 996-2272 or click the Book Now button. An avaialble specialist will be happy to confirm availability and rates with you over the phone. Once you have provided your reservation details and payment method, you will receive a confirmation package via e-mail detailing the property chosen as well as instructions for your arrival.

Do you require a deposit?
NO, we do not require a deposit to confirm a reservation. As a courtesy, we ask for 14 days notice if you have to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Payment for your stay will be taken 2 business days prior to your arrival. Charges are applied on a per month basis.
Do you offer special rates?
Yes, we offer special rates for weekly, monthly and yearly stays. This means that the longer you stay, the less you pay per night. Our rates are subject to the following structures: 5 - 13 nights, 14 - 29 nights and 30 nights. We also offer one year lease agreements. 
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees added to our rates. Taxes are exempt on all stays longer than thirty nights. Additional charges would be applicable for items such as long distance calls, extra movies and channels purchased, or any damages that may be incurred during your stay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you choose to pay using your American Express card, there will be a 3% administration fee applied to your charge. 
When can we check-in?

Check in time is at 4:00 pm on the first night of your scheduled stay. To request an early check-in please call 1(877) 931-1700 to speak with one of our Corporate Housing Specialists. Early check-in is based on availability.

When should we check-out?

Check out time is at 11:00 am, on first day after your last scheduled night with us. To request a late check-out please call 1(877) 931-1700 to speak with one of our Corporate Housing Specialists. Late check-outs are based on availability.

Can I extend my stay?
We are happy to extend your stay. We kindly ask that you give one of our Corporate Housing Specialists a call at 1(877) 996-2272, and allow for fourteen days notice if you are wanting to extend your stay. Extentions are subject to availability. 
How do I check-in?

One you have made a booking, you will receive two packages that will walk you through your check-in process. 

Confirmation Package. Shortly after a reservation has been made, a confirmation package will be sent to you via email. The confirmation package will explain specific instructions on how to get to your new temporary home, and where to pick up your check-in package prior to your arrival. 

Check-in Package. When you arrive at the assigned location given to you in the confirmation package, you will open a lock box to obtain your check-in package. This package will contain information about your suite, and contain your keys and parking pass if applicable. Please note that check-in packages will be put into the lockbox by 4:00 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival.

Will my suite have wifi?
Yes, each suite is equipped with its own personal internet connection. You will find your network name and password on the front page of your in-suite binder. Your in-suite binder can be found on the coffee table or the dining room table of your new temporary home. 
How do I check-out?
When you are ready to depart, please lock the suite door behind you, and return your keys (and remote if applicable) to the lock box you picked up your check-in package from. If you misplace your keys during your stay or fail to return all keys or remotes upon check-out, a fee of $250.00 will be charged for each set keys or for each remote not returned. If you misplace your keys during your stay, please contact our office immediately. Any payments for keys or remotes reported lost, and later returned will be refunded, subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
Do you provide parking?
Yes, we have assigned parking at all of our locations. Surface parking is $5.50 per night and underground parking is $7.00 per night.
